Gary Johns (PhD, Wayne State University) is Professor of Management and the Concordia University Research Chair in Management in the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Montreal. He has research interests in absenteeism from work, presenteeism, personality, job design, research methodology, and the impact of context on organizational behavior.
